CANCELLATION POLICY
Katie Riley Skincare requires 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. I ask that you please call if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment time. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service cost, which is the deposit required at time of booking. Deposits are required and will not be refunded after the 24hr period. If your card declines, you will not be able to to book any future services until the cancellation fee is paid in full. Please be on time to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late, you have cut your service time short and will not receive the full service. You will be charged for the full price of the service booked.
